1. The BMHA Operating Committee are appointed positions and will not vote as part of the BMHA Executive.
2. BMHA Division Directors and Referee In Chief positions are for a one year (season) term
3. The BMHA Operating Committee members will participate at BMHA Executive meeting when required.
4. BMHA Division Directors will handle grievances for their respective Division. Division Directors will take grievances to the BMHA Vice President if no resolution can be determined at the team level.
