Exhibition Games & Travel Permits
EXHIBITION GAMES
Your team may decide to take part in some exhibition games throughout the season on dates when you do not have league games scheduled.
If you would like to HOST an exhibition game you must do the following:
- Ask the ice scheduler if there is any open ice (game times are usually longer than the hour of practice that are scheduled): icescheduler.blackfaldsbulldogs@gmail.com
- Contact the ref assignor for officials: refassignor.blackfaldsbulldogs@gmail.com
- Fill out the google form to notify the registrar to apply for a sanction number: EX GAME SANCTION REQUEST FORM
For AWAY Exhibition Games, you just have to supply your HCR Number to the hosting team and have your game roster stickers available for the game.
TRAVEL PERMITS
Travel permits are no longer necessary for one time events within the province of Alberta.
Travel permits are required for ALL tournaments. Please fill out the form below so that the registrar can apply for your permit:

- you cannot travel until the permit is approved.
- you must have a copy of your travel permit with you during the tournament.
